At Print Lab, we want you to love your custom fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for any unworn or defective items. If your order isn't a perfect fit or the print quality isn't exactly what you expected, we are here to make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items in secure packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
