To preserve the quality of the print, we recommend washing your items inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the printed designs.
What is your standard shipping timeframe?
Since each piece is printed to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping typically takes an additional 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a custom-printed item?
We accept returns on items with manufacturing defects or printing errors within 30 days. Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for size changes or buyer's remorse.
What printing technology do you use?
We utilize state-of-the-art Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing and high-quality screen printing to ensure vibrant colors and long-lasting durability on all our apparel.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring a favorite shirt you already own and comparing it to our charts for the perfect fit.
